1. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, content and products on this website are the sole property of Davina Else Art. Unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content herein is strictly prohibited.

2. Artwork and Colours

Although we aim to display the colours of products and artworks as accurately as possible, there may be some variation in colour due to screen settings and different devices. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.

3. Commissioned and Original Work

Commissions are accepted based on mutual agreement of terms, timelines and fees. Once a commission is confirmed and a deposit has been paid, the order cannot be cancelled. Please allow up to 2-6 weeks for completion, depending on the size and complexity of the piece.

4. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the purchase or use of our products.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Queensland courts.
